Unless otherwise stated, the following terms and conditions apply to all rates and packages for this promotion:
All rates advertised apply from 21 March 2010 until 31 October 2010.  All rates include GST and are non-commissionable.  Millennium Hotels and Resorts New Zealand does not guarantee that accommodation is or will be available on any date at any hotel.  Close out / Blackout dates may apply. 

Millennium Hotels and Resorts New Zealand reserves the right to cancel or amend the rates and packages at any time without further notice.
All bookings made under this promotion are for standard twin share/double accommodation (maximum occupancy two adults and one or two children under 14 years old depending on room configuration and using existing bedding) and are subject to availability at time of booking.  Extra person charges (bed and breakfast) will apply outside twin share/double occupancy.  All bookings are non refundable, non changeable and must be made in advance.  All cancellations and no-shows will be charged for the cost of the full stay.  Reservations require a valid credit card as the method of guarantee.  Where indicated rates include accommodation and breakfast in the hotel restaurant (where applicable) for two adults.  Standard charges will apply for room service breakfasts.

All reservations under this promotion must be made through www.millenniumhotels.co.nz/moments or through Millennium Hotels and Resorts central reservations office by calling toll free 0800 STAY MCK (782 962).  These rates are not available through other websites or throught the hotel(s) directly.

This promotion is for personal reservations only and does not apply to group, corporate travel or other promotions, discounts or existing reservations.  Rates / packages do not include other items such as mini bar, in-room dining or pay per view movies, charges for which must be settled in full at check out.  Airline frequent flyer points and other reward / loyalty programmes are not awarded or applicable to this offer.

The 2 for 1 main meal dinner vouchers and Kids Dine Free vouchers are only valid when staying at a Millennium, Copthorne or Kingsgate hotel on a Moments to Treasure rate.  Each voucher has a specific validity period and cannot be used outside of these dates.  One main course is complimentary when another is purchased with the lesser value of the two main courses being deducted from the final bill.  Limited to one complimentary main course per reservation.  Kids Dine Free offer applies to dinner only.
