News|Raggamuffin festival returns to RotoruaOn January 27th and 28th, thousands of music fans will descend on the Rotorua International Stadium to see reggae bands from all over the world. This year's line-up includes Ali Campbell, Sly & Robbie, Billy Ocean and Arrested Development. On the festival's website it was claimed: "2012 will be the greatest Raggamuffin event yet." This year's edition is marks the fifth anniversary of the annual occasion and the organisers have promised a "massive billing" to celebrate the milestone. Attendees can enjoy more than 12 hours of music across two stages as well as stalls and other activities in the Village. Friday night will include a Mai FM Party on the Second Stage at which Arrested Development and Katchafire will play.
