- Complete the application form in the brochure.
- Tear off and retain the card portion
- Hand the remaining completed brochure to Reception at any Kingsgate Hotel OR
- Register your details on the form below, to activate your card.

- To qualify for your free room night you must book and pay for ten (10) qualifying room nights within 12 months of your first stay.
- You must validate your card at check out.
- The free room night must be booked and utilised within 6 months from the date of the last hotel stamp.
- To redeem your free room night please inform our reservation staff at the time of booking that you are on the 'Ten Stay Free' promotion and then surrender your card at check in.
- Free nights are subject to availability. Availability of rooms is limited and will depend on hotel, location, season and demand.
- Kingsgate Hotel limits the availability of rooms at their absolute discretion and does not guarantee that accommodation is or will be available on any particular dates at any of its hotels.
- Unless otherwise stated, room nights which are part of package rates or group bookings, incentive or conference packages or in conjunction with any other Millennium, Copthorne & Kingsgate Hotels and Resorts loyalty programme, or any other discounts, specials, certificates, packages or promotional offers do not apply to this promotion.
- Airline frequent flyer points including Air NZ Airpoint Dollars cannot be awarded on this promotion.
- The 'Ten Stay Free' promotion applies to Kingsgate Hotels within New Zealand only. Accumulated nights are not transferable.
