The Copthorne Hotel & Resort, Bay of Islands has five stand alone conference rooms catering for groups of 10 - 450 in addition to the Waitaha Conference and Events Centre catering for groups of 100 – 700 which stands separate from the main hotel buildings.  Treaty Rooms One, Two and Three as well as the Rangatira and Waimihi Rooms all offer wireless internet capabilities whilst the Waitaha Conference and Events Centre offers guests broadband capabilities.

All of this is backed up by a professional and experienced conference team who are expert at co-ordinating your event down to the last detail from plenary sessions to break out rooms, gala dinners and weddings on site.  We also offer a wide range of off site catering options in any of the stunning locations in and around the Bay of Islands from Island dinners to dinner cruises.  

Treaty Rooms One, Two and Three are centrally located on the ground floor. They are all equipped with a full sound system. The Rangatira Room is adjacent to the main foyer and is also air-conditioned. The Waimihi Lounge, also adjacent to the main foyer, has an open fire and opens into the gardens.  Our Waitaha Conference and Events Centre is a purpose built multi faceted room with drive in access for vehicles of up to two meters in height.

Take advantage of our great value daily delegate packages which include venue hire, in house equipment, arrival tea and coffee, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. Whether it’s a full day of meetings or only a half day, we have a package tailored to suit your every need. A minimum of 15 delegates applies.
