* Unless otherwise stated, the following terms and conditions apply to all rates and packages for this promotion: All rates advertised apply from 6 April 2008 until 12 October 2008 on weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun) and school holidays only (except for hotels in Bay of Islands, Rotorua and Queenstown where these rates are available Monday through Sunday inclusive). Millennium Hotel & Resort Manuels Taupo and Copthorne Hotel Commodore Christchurch Airport are not included in this promotion.

Rates for weekends are valid for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights only. Rates for school holidays are valid between 18 April 2008 until 4 May 2008, 4 July 2008 until 20 July 2008 and between 29 September 2008 until 12 October 2008. All rates include GST. Millennium Hotels & Resorts NZ reserves the right to cancel or amend the rates and packages at any time without further notice.

All bookings made under this promotion are for standard twin share accommodation (maximum occupancy 2 adults and one or two children under 14 years old and using existing bedding) and are subject to availability at time of booking. Extra person charges (room only) will apply outside twin share occupancy. Millennium Hotels and Resorts New Zealand does not guarantee that accommodation is or will be available on any date at any hotel. Close out / blackout dates may apply. All bookings must be made in advance and must be guaranteed by a credit card. Cancellations inside of 24 hours of arrival or no shows shall incur a fee of the first night’s accommodation cost. 

Where indicated, rates include accommodation and breakfast in the hotel restaurant (where applicable) for two adults. Standard charges will apply for room service breakfasts. All reservations under this promotion must be made through www.millenniumhotels.co.nz or through Millennium Hotels & Resorts Central Reservations Office by calling toll free 0800 808 228. These rates are not available through the individual hotels.

This promotion is not valid in conjunction with group or corporate travel or other promotions, discounts or existing reservations. Rates / packages do not include other items such as mini bar, in-room dining or pay per view movies, charges for which must be settled in full at check out. Airline frequent flier points and other reward / loyalty programmes are not awarded or applicable to this offer.
